When a caller is matched with a professional, we share caller information with that professional to facilitate service delivery. This includes caller name and phone number, service request details, and general location information. Callers should be aware that by contacting our service, their information will be shared with one or more service professionals in our partner network. Partners are contractually required to keep caller information confidential and to use it only for providing the requested service.
4.2 Within Our Network
In some cases, caller information may be shared with professionals operating in different service categories within our platform network where doing so may serve the caller’s service needs. Callers may opt out of cross-category sharing by contacting us at admin@test.sacpoolservices.com.
4.3 With Authorized Platform Personnel
Individuals authorized to assist with platform administration, support, and operational functions may have access to account data, call records, and other platform information solely for the purpose of performing those duties. All such individuals are subject to confidentiality obligations.
4.4 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist in delivering and operating the Service, including payment processors, telecommunications providers, analytics services, cloud infrastructure providers, and marketing and attribution platforms. - Active accounts: retained for the duration of the partnership
- Closed accounts: financial and billing records retained for 7 years as required by law
- Non-financial account data: retained for up to 180 days following account closure, after which it may be permanently deleted
- Call records: retained in accordance with our operational policy
- Dispute records: retained as required for resolution and legal compliance
7. YOUR RIGHTS
